Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Jeff Cushman serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for BancTec. Cushman is accountable for the finance, treasury, investor relations and information technology functions for BancTec global operations. Cushman was promoted to Senior Vice President in February 2005 after joining BancTec as Vice President of Finance in November 2004.

Cushman has more than 20 years of experience with increasing executive responsibility in all areas of financial management. Prior to joining BancTec, Cushman did strategic development work for Metromedia Fiber Networks, Inc., and before joining Metromedia, he served as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer for GroceryWorks, Inc. and Evercom, Inc. In these roles, Cushman acquired valuable experience with start-up businesses, transformational initiatives and the external financial community.

Previously, Cushman served more than 12 years with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in key management roles, including Controller and Group Financial Officer, and was later promoted to Director of Business Development in 1996. While at EDS, he assisted the company in meeting its growth objectives through successful acquisition, consolidation and integration, as well as opportunity assessment and strategic planning initiatives.

Cushman earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
