Senior Vice President and President, Americas and Emerging Markets

Michael Fallin, Senior Vice President and President, Americas and Emerging Markets for BancTec, is responsible for the leadership and direction of BancTec Canada, U.S. Sales, Hardware and Software Services, U.S. Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Emerging Markets.

Fallin joined BancTec from Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS), where he most recently served as a Vice President in the Industrial Manufacturing Division. Fallin began his career at EDS in 1975 as a Systems Engineering Manager after completing the EDS Systems Engineer Development Programme. Fallin progressed through key management positions, including sales pursuit leader for enterprise relationships, Division Manager, Financial Industry Group and Vice President in the U.S. Southwest Region responsible for clients in the energy, telecommunications, manufacturing and financial industries.

His results-driven leadership earned him the EDS Inner Circle Award for outstanding performance. With more than 29 years of proven success managing large, diverse, global teams in multiple industries, Fallin has been recognised for focused results in growth, profitability and client satisfaction.

Fallin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from West Georgia College and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
